Reading

Many books have been written on pregnancy, birth, and baby care. However not all books support the philosophy of empowering women to give birth naturally, to care for their babies instinctively, and to breastfeed. Be selective about the books you choose to read. Many good books are available at LLL meetings, on their website and from Moonflower/Cascade. You can also borrow books from the Rising Moon lending library.
